Starting from an order, everything with regard to a test request can be generated automatically, retrieving the services that the client has ordered.
Invoices can be generated automatically when these test requests are closed. An interface with your accounting tool can be created in order to send it the invoicing and credit/credit note records.
The client sheet not only gives an overview of the negotiated rates, the order quotes, and clients invoicing, but also allows CRM functions to be managed (email exchange, sales opportunities, client claims, meetings, etc.)
