Your responsibilities will include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LIMS implementation project management<\/strong>: overseeing deployment, gathering and analyzing requirements, coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring milestones, and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User training<\/strong>: conducting training sessions on the configuration and use of our software (LIMS and CMMS), either on-site or remotely as required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support and consulting<\/strong>: providing methodological and functional support to clients based on your scientific, IT, or organizational expertise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>First-level support<\/strong>: assisting users (hotline, drafting guides and procedures).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contribution to product evolution<\/strong>: involvement in the design and development of future software versions in collaboration with our R&#038;D team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Frequent travel is expected in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, averaging approximately one hundred days per year.<\/p>\n<h2>Candidate Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in applied sciences or IT, or equivalent professional experience with a strong interest in IT.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in LIMS project management, software solution integration, or a laboratory environment (quality, research, pharmaceutical, food industry, etc.) is a significant asset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of IT tools (Windows, MS Office). Prior knowledge of LIMS or CMMS is a distinct advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills: strong communication, active listening, team spirit, and a customer-service orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fluency in French is essential, and English is highly desirable; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
