Previously, monitoring was done on paper: each cleaning agent had to manually record their visit time and interventions. Despite relatively short deadlines, the company took the time to analyze the market before finally choosing the AQ Manager Full Web CMMS solution. Originally, AQ Manager CMMS was maintenance management software designed for tracking equipment and premises, and not entirely for cleaning services as is the case for GSF. \n\nThe Full Web CMMS also had to cover GSF's associated services, which is now fully the case.","text_btn__link":null,"text_btn__link_2":null},{"acf_fc_layout":"quote","quote__text":"\"The AQ Manager Full Web CMMS solution has allowed us to win new contracts from clients seeking a digital traceability tool like the one implemented. Facilitated client communication ","text_btn__text":"A huge time saver for GSF teams, who no longer have to systematically compile and send reports by email. It also saves time for clients, who are informed in real time of the services performed. Now, all performance indicators are centralized in AQ Manager, thereby limiting the number of information sources.
