A CMMS designed to improve responsiveness

Thanks to AQ Manager Full Web CMMS, Diam Bouchage has improved its responsiveness, particularly with regard to inventory management.

The advantage of such an overview is that it enables Diam to keep a record of its inventory consumption history. As a result, the company can order the parts it needs much more accurately, since it knows at what rate and in what quantities they are used. Better still, it can now place annual orders and ask its suppliers to stagger deliveries afterwards, which is convenient for parts that take some time to manufacture.

Another area in which Diam Bouchage has improved responsiveness thanks to AQ Manager CMMS is preventive maintenance.

A real-time communication tool

AQ Manager CMMS simplifies communication and monitoring within the various production teams.

All workshop requests are centralized, making them easier to track and fulfill. Thanks to the AQ Manager solution, technicians’ schedules are updated in real time. Everyone has a tablet equipped with the mobile version of the CMMS and can therefore access the day’s and week’s objectives.
