Founded in 1853, Bonduelle Group supplies a wide range of plant-based products worldwide. Driven by a constant sense of innovation, the company offers a wide variety of vegetables available in four main forms: canned, frozen, as well as fresh and ready-to-eat products.

"The initial challenge was to find a common tool for all the group's industrial sites, in order to standardize control procedures and ensure their monitoring. Based on a prototype designed according to our specific needs, we sought a solution to efficiently manage our analyses and various performance indicators."

After a market study, Bonduelle ultimately chose AQ Manager’s Full Web LIMS. The company first tested the solution on its frozen food sites, as these handle a large volume of analyses. It then deployed it for sites producing canned goods, and finally for sites manufacturing fresh and ready-to-eat products.

A simple and intuitive LIMS, perfectly adapted to their needs

To meet its needs, the Bonduelle group was able to add specific functionalities to the LIMS. For example, the AQ Manager solution allowed the company to avoid duplicate data entry. Being interfaced with its ERP, all information is communicated automatically, without requiring manual input.

Greater Proactivity and Facilitated Communication

Beyond the facilitated management of analyses and controls through the use of AQ Manager’s Full Web LIMS, this new solution has enabled Bonduelle employees to become even more proactive.

The AQ Manager LIMS also facilitates communication between Bonduelle Group’s different industrial sites. They now have a common tool that allows them to produce identical products and exchange all important information, such as their performance indicators (number of analyses, compliance, etc.).

Towards the AQ Manager Mobile LIMS Application

In its future projects, Bonduelle plans to implement AQ Manager’s Mobile LIMS application. The group first intends to implement it in a test environment before deploying it to its other sites.
