Responsibilities
Following an induction and training program on our solutions, you will primarily work within the LIMS scope, with a gradual expansion into CMMS. Your responsibilities will include:
- LIMS implementation project management: overseeing deployment, gathering and analyzing requirements, coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring milestones, and meeting deadlines.
- User training: conducting training sessions on the configuration and use of our software (LIMS and CMMS), either on-site or remotely as required.
- Support and consulting: providing methodological and functional support to clients based on your scientific, IT, or organizational expertise.
- First-level support: assisting users (hotline, drafting guides and procedures).
- Contribution to product evolution: involvement in the design and development of future software versions in collaboration with our R&D team.
Frequent travel is expected in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, averaging approximately one hundred days per year.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applied sciences or IT, or equivalent professional experience with a strong interest in IT.
- Previous experience in LIMS project management, software solution integration, or a laboratory environment (quality, research, pharmaceutical, food industry, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Excellent command of IT tools (Windows, MS Office). Prior knowledge of LIMS or CMMS is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills: strong communication, active listening, team spirit, and a customer-service orientation.
Fluency in French is essential, and English is highly desirable; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
