Our document management tool, directly integrated into AQ Manager, offers you the possibility to associate any type of document with any record in our application.
For example, it can be used to associate technical data sheets or plans with equipment, to associate photos with work reports, to associate quotes with supplier order forms, etc.
Category, version and validity date management is also integrated into this module, with an alert system to warn you of revisions to be made on the due dates for each document.
All these documents are easily accessible, both from our full web solution and from our mobile application.
A searchable archive of older versions of documents is also available in our QA Manager application.
