How do internal and external test requests work in the LIMS?

Test requests can be generated both automatically and on demand:
- Automatically, either based on an interface with other software such as an ERP, or based on customizable frequencies generating a sampling and analysis schedule in our software.
- On demand, either by other departments or external clients through a simplified web portal allowing them to identify products to be analyzed and select the analyses to be performed.
