Benefits

How Does Supplier Procurement Management Work?

Minimum Reorder Thresholds and Expiration Dates

Define a minimum threshold, a maximum threshold, and a reorder threshold for each product. AQ Manager alerts you and automatically generates an order proposal to the relevant supplier. Take into account purchase conditions (supplier references, lead times, prices, delivery costs, etc.) for each supplier.

Supplier Order Management and Validation

An order proposal can become, after validation, a price request or directly a purchase order. The validation circuit is customizable, with electronic signature and a ceiling per level. Once validated, the purchase order is automatically sent by email. Follow up with suppliers in case of delay.

Receipt and Evaluation of Deliveries

Check each delivery and evaluate the supplier based on customizable criteria (compliance with deadlines, order conformity, etc.). Stocks are automatically updated upon receipt validation.

Product Quality Control

If a quality control is required upon receipt, AQ Manager automatically generates a test request for it with the list of parameters to be controlled. After validation, this can be blocking or releasing for product stocks. Each product is tracked by batch number, supplier, and expiration date.

Supplier Invoice Management

Upon receipt, AQ Manager automatically reconciles the invoice with the quantities received and the negotiated prices. A single validation is sufficient to release or block payment.

Frequently asked questions

A LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is management software dedicated to laboratories. It automates and centralizes all data and processes related to all your activities: sample management, test planning, results entry, quality management, traceability, customer invoicing, etc. It replaces Excel files, manual entries, and paper circuits with a digital workflow that is traceable and compliant with current standards (ISO 17025, COFRAC, BELAC, GLP, etc.).
